Just wanted to know if anyone used inverseflow.com helpdesk
system for their support needs .They got a great product there .
Please let me know about their after sales support etc if
anyone used them here

I'm afraid we've never heard of them until now.

We always recommend Cerberus http://cerberusweb.com or Kayako http://www.kayako.com to our clients. Both are extremely robust and you'd be hard pressed to find something they don't support.
