1. Email Support (Helpdesk)
Email support is offered 24/7/365 with a 30 minute reponse time.
This should be the first port of call for all support issues.
A "ticket number" will be issued to you immediately for all correspondance.

2. Phone Support
Toll-free Phone support is offered 10am to 7pm EST from Monday to Friday on 1-800-709-9110.
You must have already logged your ticket in the helpdesk (see above) before using this option,
as no support is offered without a ticket number.

The forums are here for all hosting customers to share their knowledge with other customers. Please feel free to post questions
and/or tips you may have.
